I have been a Licesened Practical Nurse for 9 years. I worked in long term for 7 years then 2 years ago I began to work in the home healthcare agencies. I worked both feild nurse and QA nurse. it was there that I noted all the illegal and mistreatment of elderly pateints with Medicare insurance. My husband and I decided that it would be nice to have a quality homecare agency in Detroit. I do not have anything done but an idea and a dream. What is the first step? Do i need an office first?
